The Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, Pastor Sam Adeyemi is asking his colleague men of God to provide food for people at this time.
Adeyemi also wants churches to encourage their members to help neighbours with food as the dreaded virus keeps everyone home
Many Nigerians commend him over his message as Nigerians face difficulties following the spreading coronavirus, respected clergyman Sam Adeyemi has scolded other clergymen to assist the needy ones around them. Adeyemi, who heads the Daystar Christian Centre headquartered in Lagos, also urged churches to encourage their members to assist those in need around them. Many states in Nigeria are currently partially shut down as government says this is a means to end the spread of covid-19.
“Dear pastor, please encourage members that have means to provide food for families in their neighbourhoods that run out of food through the lockdown” “If your church has extra funds, please buy some for distribution. Thank you,” he wrote.

Adeyemi’s calling out on his colleagues earned him commendations from many Nigerians whom have lambasted the churches for not stretching their ‘hands’ to the needy in the society, especially at this time.
Wow! I said it, there is something special about you Sir! May the Lord increase you in wisdom.Everytime, I just feel so special knowing you and hearing from you. Sir, honestly speaking, you are blessed!

This is what other pastors also ought to be doing. It's time to give back to society, not devising other means of still taking the little they have from them. Thank you daddy
