The Lagos State Government on Friday said, 4 more coronavirus (COVID-19) patients have fully recovered and discharged in the state.
This brings the total number of people discharged in Nigeria to 23, while two deaths were recorded.
The governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-olu announced this via Twitter handle on Friday.
The governor revealed that the patients, 3 females and 1 male were fully recovered and discharged from the Infectious Disease Hospital after testing negative twice.
“This gives us a lot of hope as we continue to listen to our health experts and provide the resources to beat #COVID19”, he added.
He further said that with the newly discharged patients, we now have a total of 23 people that have recovered from #COVID19 in Lagos.
